Our Policies

Reservation policy

  • Occupation fees will be billed up to the night before the check-out date.

  • Any extension of occupation period is subject to availability.

  • All invoices are to be settled on receipt so as to avoid any inconvenience to the resident.

  • No premature termination of the occupation is allowed once the check in date takes effect.

  • Other miscellaneous charges such as laundry, transportation, newspapers, and telephone charges will be separately charged and are not included in the occupation fee.

  • The official check-in time is 1300 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours at noon

  • Maximum number of "permitted occupants" is 4 to a 2-bedroom, 6 to a 3-bedroom apartment unit.

Cancellation policy

  • Apartment reservation are officially cancelled only after the user has clicked the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page. 

  • At least two (2) days advance notice is required by email for a change to a later occupation commencement date, or the cancellation of a confirmed reservation.
